My name is Stephanie LeFew. I started in real estate initially as one interested in helping people in foreclosure. We helped many people that wanted to sell their home by buying it quickly, negotiating with the bank, and selling it to an end buyer, enabling us to get the seller moving money and allowing for a "fresh start". I have a great track record in working with the banks and keeping the completed foreclosure off the seller's credit.
In 2002, I obtained my real estate license, and now I am a realtor with Solaris Realty of Tampa Bay. I realize that buying or selling a home
is one of the most important decisions you will ever have to face. I
am here to provide you with the peace of mind and confidence that
only a real estate specialist can bring to the process.
I have lived in Tampa, Florida since I was two years old, and being
familiar with the Tampa Bay area, which includes Hillsborough,
Pasco, and Pinellas Counties, enables me to assist buyers in making

We listed our home with

Our house was listed at $220,000, which is a price we
would have been very comfortable with. Two different
realtors showed our house in one day. Both potential
buyers loved the home. Stephanie was able to get both
offers up over the phone, and basically had an auction

Auction???? That was my first thought. How does all this
work?
If I am really the winning bidder, is the house going to
be sold for my bid amount? How can I trust that is what
is going to really happen? In the past, I had been to an
auction, been the high bidder, got all excited, and then
had been told that the seller would not honor that bid
amount… So what made this any better of a situation? I
was told by Stephanie that it is a matter of trust.
After much consideration, and a vote of confidence from
my wife, we decided to take part in the bidding.
Low and behold, we were the winning bidders. I still had
many questions, but Stephanie provided lots of

My wife and I closed on our dream home on the water

handling my home in Valrico, Florida. My home was in
foreclosure and due to be auctioned, when Stephanie
started working with me to find a buyer for the home

due interest) but also the four additional liens that
