* offers 90% Financing on construction to perm loans. The Buyer needs to put 10% Down.

Trustco Bank –
* Offers a 10% Down loan with 90% Financing on their construction to perm loans. The person I spoke to was Richard Eckmeder. His office number is 813-649-0460.
Wells Fargo
* for just a lot loan, 50% down is required and 50% mortgage.
* if you want to mortgage both the lot and the building of the home together, 35% down is required.

Regions Bank
***Regions Bank has a NEW construction to perm loan — no mortgage insurance — 620 credit score minimum for a borrower with a maximum income of $44,560. — 97% loan — that is absolutely awesome. Please call Gina to discuss the interest rate and lender requirements are for this loan.
* they currently do not have just a lot loan program
* for both the building of the home and the lot purchase together, they offer a 25% down program
