When assisting home buyers in their purchase of a new home, I always encourage my buyers to do a home inspection.

After closing on your new home, wouldn’t it be nice to not have to worry about the appliances that came with the home? In the negotiations with the seller, we can attempt to negotiate for the seller to pay for your home warranty. If that is not possible, you can purchase one yourself.

Tampa Home Buy Realty only offers these warranty companies below, for the convenience of the buyer, but buyer may choose any company that they choose, if they feel that a home warranty is a good idea for them.
