 I think God brings people into your life for a reason, when I found Stephanie I was going on my fourth realtor. She was honest, straight forward, and didn’t stick her nose up when I told her what kind of money I was working with. In life you never know who is coming along to help you so that you can better help yourself. This is my first home, this home has my personality and flavor but most of all it captures the spirit of who I am as a person. My journey to this point was long and hard, I was fresh out the military, in a new and unfamiliar state, living in an apartment with a new job. In the past 5 years we have rented in the Tampa Bay area and finally decided it was time to buy a home. We found a house only that we liked and Stephanie agreed to meet us eventhough it was her husband's birthday. We fell in love with the house and decided to make an offer. After winning the bid on the house we had only about 3 weeks to close and found out it is hard to find a mortage broker who had the ability to close that fast. Needless to say we were a little stressed until Stephanie got us in contact with Craig Nesbit from Apex Lending. He was able to close in 14 days and got us an amazing interest rate. When all was said and done, and all the paperword was signed our house appraised for $21,000 more than we paid. Stephane also game us a buyers rebate check for $1,400.
